The HI-70030C is a pack of x25, 20 mL sachets 12880 µS/cm (12.88 mS/cm) conductivity calibration solution with certificate of analysis.

This solution is widely used to assure the proper performance of conductivity meters with a scale higher than 10 mS/cm.
