The Hanna FC232D is a specialised electrode designed for use with the Hanna HI-99163 portable pH meter. It is suitable for pH measurement of meat products and can be fitted with a knife blade.
FC232D pH electrode for meat testing
The FC232D pH electrode is recommended for use with the Hanna HI-99163N portable pH meter and is suitable for pH measurement of meat products. This probe has a 1m cable and DIN connector.
The electrode can be tipped with a stainless steel knife blade for meat processing.
