HI-4013-06 is a Nitrate interferent suppressant ISA solution for use with Nitrate Ion Selective Electrodes (ISEs).
Interferent suppressant ISA for Nitrate ISE electrode, 500 ml.
When using the ISE to measure Nitrate in samples, such as drinking water and wastewater, the HI-4013-06 solution must be added to stabilise the ionic strength of the solution, as well as remove interfering ions.
Ionic Strength Adjusters (ISA)
HANNA Ionic Strength Adjusters (ISA) are formulated to provide a constant ionic strength in sample and standards alike, thus permitting concentration rather than activity measurements to be made. In some cases ISAs adjust pH and eliminate matrix effects.
