HI-6522 pH/ORP/ISE + EC Multiparameter Modular Benchtop System

The HI-6522 Kit for the HI-6000 includes the HI-6000 modular laboratory meter system, a HI-6000-2 pH/ISE module and a HI-6000-3 EC module. Also included is the HI-1131B pH electrodeHI-7662-TW temperature probe and HI-7631233 EC and resistivity probe. This kit includes everything needed for the accurate measurement of EC and pH, including a calibration solution starter set for EC and pH.

HI-6000 is a fully flexible measurement platform that can be customised according to the user’s application needs. Designed and developed using the latest generation technologies, it gives complete control over measurements.

Accurate & Reliable

Together with appropriate electrodes, the meter provides highly accurate and reliable measurement for all laboratories. Up to three measurement channels can be viewed simultaneously. Views can be mixed and matched. Data can be shown in basic or in full detail, in a table or plotted as a graph.

The HI-6000 Series allows for up to 5-point calibration for pH, ISE and Conductivity for optimum results.

About the HI-6000 modules

The HI-6222 pH/ORP/ISE kit includes the HI-6000-2 pH/ISE module and HI-6000-3 EC module, covering a wide range of key parameters for research labs and commercial purposes. 

The Hanna HI-6000-2 module for the HI-6000 Advanced Multiparameter Meter provides a repeatable, accurate solution for measuring pH, ORP and ISE. This module can be combined with up to two other modules at once in the HI-6000 system, allowing for the measurement of a wide range of samples simultaneously. 

The HI-6000-3 module for the Hanna HI-6000 Advanced Benchtop Meter is an accurate and reliable solution for measuring conductivity (μS/cm, mS/cm), resistivity (Ω·cm, kΩ·cm, MΩ·cm), TDS (ppm, ppt) and salinity (ppt, PSU, %) with temperature. This module is specifically designed for conductivity measurements required to prepare water for injection according to USP <645>.

Modules available for the HI-6000 include:

The EC module HI-6000-3 in combination with the HI-6000 system provides an ideal solution for the three stages of USP <645>, with all three stages programmed directly into the meter ready to use out of the box.

Five views, three measurements

The HI-6000 can measure up to three samples simultaneously, splitting the screen in half or into thirds depending on your measurement requirements. Five individual views are available on-screen:

  • Basic View: A simplified display of the measurement unit, measured value and temperature source.
  • Simple GLP View: A more complex display with the last calibration date and time, Offset value, average slope and electrode condition.
  • Full GLP View: A complete display including electrode symbol and used buffers tray in addition to all of the above.
  • Graph View: A live, plotted graph of the measured value
  • Tabulated View: A classic table-style display featuring all measured values in chronological order with date, time and notes.

Up to one million data points

The HI-6000 has the capacity for up to 1 million individual data points, complete with time and date stamps for practical organisation and management. This data is accessible via WiFi and ethernet to FTP and email as well as over a USB stick or direct connection to a laptop, PC or printer.

Complete alarm system

Both audible and visual alarms are available for the HI-6000, allowing you to be notified of any measurements that are outside of the correct ranges. Customise the ranges directly to set audible, visual or both alarms that activate outside of the defined limit, saving time in identifying potential calibration or sample problems.

USB C and USB A functionality

Both USB A and USB C connections are included with the HI-6000 series, allowing you to easily transfer data and connect peripherals such as a keyboard. Data from measurements are exported in a universal .csv format, requiring no additional software to access logged data on any laptop or PC.

Video and text tutorial system

An in-built tutorial system available through the HELP button makes the learning curve for the HI-6000 series as minimal as possible. Both text instructions and video tutorials are available, matching your preferred learning style for the setup of the HI-6000.

Create and manage users

A complete user management system allows the HI-6000 multiparameter lab meter to be customised for individual students and technicians. Both administrator and standard accounts can be created, with the administrator role having full management of standard accounts via the Account Management Screen to assign or remove permissions.
