HI-4001-45 is a 500 mL bottle of conditioning and storage solution made specifically for Hanna’s ammonia gas sensing Ion Selective Electrodes (ISEs).
Conditioning and storage solution for ISE sensors
The internal glass pH element of the ammonia ISE requires conditioning to ensure the sensing glass remains hydrated.
The ammonia ISE (HI-4101) can also remain assembled and stored in the HI-4001-45 solution for short term storage purposes.
The conditioning and storage solution is necessary to keep the glass pH sensing element hydrated in order to accurately measure ammonia concentrations. The HI-4001-45 is a 500 mL bottle of conditioning and storage solution that ensures optimum measurement performance from the HI-4101 ammonia ISE.
