The HI-95769-01 is a reagent for the colorimetric determination of Anionic Surfactants. There are enough reagents for 40 tests to be used with Hanna’s HI-96769 & HI-97769 portable photometers.

The HI-95769-01 are high quality reagents that are pre-measured, allowing for users to achieve fast and accurate colorimetric measurements.
The reagents follow an adaptation of the USEPA method 425.1 and Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, 20th edition, 5540C, Anionic Surfactants as MBAS in which the reaction between Anionic Surfactants and reagent causes a colour tint in the sample. The intensity of colour is determined by the compatible photometer and the Anionic Surfactant concentration will be displayed in mg/L (ppm). These reagents are designed to be used with samples that have an expected range of 0.00 to 3.50 mg/L (ppm) as SDBS.
